These Charcuterie Hearts are perfect for the season of love! These would be a great idea for parties or a more intimate setting! Engagements, weddings, anniversaries and other such events also come to mind! They don’t have to just be for February!
If you don’t have (or don’t want to purchase) a heart shaped cutting board, I have seen so many different solutions! You can always map out a heart shape on a regular board or platter and just fill those areas. I have also seen actual chocolate heart boxes used to make the heart shape!
You can use these Charcuterie Hearts to make a normal spread of meats, cheeses, and such, or you can use Valentine’s Day specific items and create an all red, pink, and white spread!
I have even seen the heart taken and turned into an I Heart You message, all through Charcuterie! The options are truly endless with this trend!
